Job description

(1)Management inside and outside the government building

(2)Receipt of family register-related notices

(3)Issuance of a corpse fire burial permit

(4)Notification of measures to be taken in the event of a deadly sick person

(5)Communication at the time of fire, disaster, infectious disease, food poisoning, rabies, mentally ill, pollution, etc.

(6)Collection of documents

(7)Disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

(8)Other matters determined by Director General as necessary for the execution of business
Application requirements

(1)Those who are 18 years old or older as of April 1, 2023

(2)Being able to carry out patrols within the agency, counter, and telephone calls

(3)Having the physical strength to perform night work

(4)Do not fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law

Appointment Period

From April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
※If your work performance is good, you may be reappointed. (Up to 4 times)

Workplace City of Yokohama, Kanazawa Ward (2-9-1 Mukameme, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama)
Working days Shift work system (working about 21 times a month)
Working hours

(1)From 17:00 on weekdays to 9 o'clock the next day

(Napling time: 22:00 to 6:00 the next day)

(2)Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and closed days 

 The following twelve replacement system

 ①From 9:00 to 17:00 (break time: from 12:00 to 13:00)

 ②From 17:00 to 9:00 the next day (Napling time: 22:00 to 6:00 the next day)
Remuneration

289,000 yen per month (planned: FY2022 results) 

※Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, upper limit) are separately paid
Leave, etc. Annual leave, summer vacation, etc.

Primary selection

 All applicants will be notified of the selection results by mail by Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

Secondary selection

(Interview)

 Selection will be conducted by interview for those who have passed the primary screening process.

(4)Notification of selection results
 The secondary selection processor will be notified of the results of the selection by mail by Friday, March 3, 2023.

・The physical checkup will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Details will be announced at the same time as the second screening result notification.
