The Kanazawa Ward Office provides special consultation free of charge by professional counselors. Please feel free to contact us.

About special consultation

Consultation hours are limited to 25 minutes per frame.
Consultation methods include face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation. (Traffic accident consultation is available only for face-to-face consultation.)
Consultations will not be held on public holidays and from December 27, 2024 to January 6, 2025.

How to make a reservation?

To make a reservation, please contact Public Relations Section by telephone (045-788-7721) or directly at the counter (Kanazawa Ward Office, 1st Floor, 101, General Information)).

Reservation Reception hours　：　From 8:45 to 17:15 on weekdays (ward office open agency day) (reception of window until 17:00)

If you want to cancel your reservation, please contact us by the day before the consultation date (open agency date). If you do not contact us, you may not be able to make a new reservation for a certain period of time.

※Special consultation is intended for those living in Kanazawa Ward. If you live outside of Kanazawa Ward, please contact your municipality first.

Precautions when receiving special consultation

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that many people can use it comfortably.

We do not create contracts, answers, wills, and other documents, and check the contents. Please explain what you would like to talk verbally.
It is not possible to ask the professional counselor in charge to solve the problem directly or ask for specific work.
Consultation may be refused depending on the content, such as when it violates the rules of attorney's duties or the provisions of judicial scrivener ethics.
If the duties, duties, etc. of each specialized counselor are stipulated by law, consultation will be within that range. (Lawyers and judicial scriveners do not know about taxes such as inheritance tax and gift tax. Please contact your tax accountant or tax office for tax consultation.)
Depending on the matter of consultation, we may guide you to the responsible department rather than specialized consultation.
We will not be able to respond to inquiries at a later date, such as the details of the consultation.
If unauthorized use is found, the reservation for consultation will be cancelled.
