Application for passport issuance
The application window is the passport center. Please note that applications cannot be made at the City Hall or Ward Office.
Also, we will not be able to answer any questions about the application. For more information, please contact the Telephone Information Center (Phone: 045-222-0022).

Closed on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3).
※If you live in Yokohama, you can use either the headquarters (Yokohama) or the Centerminami.
※If it is deemed appropriate from the viewpoint of the convenience of the applicant, such as commuting to school or commuting, you can also use the passport center branch office, branch office, and business office in the prefecture outside the city.

Passport (passport) application guide and general passport issuance application form are also distributed at the ward office Public Relations Section (101st floor on the first floor).
