※In 2021, the Yokohama City Public Health Center changed its "Food Sanitation Officer Card with a photo of the person's face" to the "Food Sanitation Officer Card without a photo of the person's face". Names vary depending on the time of grant, but both are valid.

• In addition to this seminar, there is also a food hygiene manager seminar held by the Kanazawa Ward Food Sanitation Association.
