Kanagawa Ward Management Policy for FY2023

　The population of Kanagawa Ward is expected to exceed 250,000 due to the influx of child-rearing generations, and is expected to continue increasing for some time.
　Under these circumstances, Kanagawa Ward aims to realize the basic strategy of the Yokohama City Medium-Term Plan, "Yokohama, a town that nurtures the next generation together," we aim to create a relationship that can support each other.
　In addition, we will promote the creation of a safe, warm and energetic town where all people living in Kanagawa Ward can continue to live.

Aiming to be a community development where younger generations can raise children with peace of mind, we will provide fine-grained administrative services so that all elderly people, people with disabilities, and those who are connected to foreign countries can live with peace of mind.

We aim to be a community development where everyone who lives in the city can feel the goodness of connecting and supporting each other.
In addition, we touch on the various charms of Kanagawa Ward in our lives and promote the development of towns that are happy to live in this town.

We will promote disaster prevention and anti-crime program initiatives in self support, community support and government support to ensure a safe and secure life that is essential for all of us.

　The staff will work together and act on what we can do to create a trusted ward office, keeping in mind the direction aimed at by the Yokohama City Medium-Term Plan.
　We will work with awareness of "communication" so that the necessary information can be delivered to those who need it, and will work from the perspective of utilizing digital technology and collaboration and co-creation.

We carry out administrative services accurately and promptly by further improving the skills of the ward office staff.

Each staff member is aware of the responsibilities and roles that they should fulfill and listens to the voices of the residents.

We will strengthen the cooperation of each section to solve the issues, and work together with "Team Kanagawa".
