Director General tile version October 2021 (Message from Director General)

　The "Uchikoshi Park Protection Association", which operates at Uchikoshi Park in Shinkoyasu 1-chome, was awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award for "Green Protection".
　For more than 20 years, we have been working on planting in the park, caring for flower beds, cleaning activities, etc., and have been evaluated as having been working to become a park that is familiar to the community from children to the elderly.
　When I learned the good news, I visited Uchikoshi Park for anything, I happened to meet Chairman Hiroko Kabasawa and Vice Chairman Setsuko Uchiyama and Vice Chairman Setsuko Uchiyama and listened to the story. According to the two people, in addition to the members of the protection society, there are many places that can be helped by the support of the local community, and local elementary school students also drew the beautification enlightenment poster posted in the park.
　I was reminded of the fact that the accumulation of local activities by many people has supported Kanagawa Ward's livability.
　Trees and seasonal flowers are also wonderful parks. Please drop in during your walk.
