Consultation of residents by professional counselors (Kanagawa Ward Office)
We provide consultation by professional counselors in case of problems in daily life, such as legal, inheritance, registration, and real estate issues.
★Consultation time: About 25 minutes per person per consultation
★It will not be held on public holidays and from December 27 to January 4 of the following year.
★Advance reservation system (excluding administrative consultation and residential land building consultation).
If you live, work, or attend school in Kanagawa Ward, you will be able to make reservations by telephone and at the counter from 9:00 a.m. one week before the consultation day (or the previous opening day if the agency is closed).
Other wards will accept reservations by telephone and at the counter from 9:00 am on the consultation day.
Notary consultation will be accepted until 12:00 on the day of the consultation.

※The consultation time is about 25 minutes per person. We recommend that you summarize the story briefly and prepare materials. In addition, consultation in the same case is not possible more than once, or consultation in a case that has been canceled once.
