Information on reception of various licenses

Health Sanitation Division is accepting applications for new licenses, renewal of registration and renewal, and re-grant applications.

Doctors, dentists, pharmacists, public health nurses, midwives, nurses, clinical laboratory technicians, radiologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, optologists, corpse autopsy qualifications, registered dietitians

Associate nurses (*), conception control instructor, nutritionist, cook, confectionery hygienist, blowfish knives, cleaning teacher

※Only associate nurse licenses and licenses issued by other prefectural governors are also accepted.

Those who have Address in Yokohama City
(For applications for public health nurses, midwives, and nurses' registration, those who have a work location in Yokohama City)

• The fee for the Kanagawa prefectural governor's license will be paid at the financial institution window. Please come with plenty of time so that you can pay to the financial institution between 9 am and 3 pm on weekdays.
• In the case of a license to pay the fee with a revenue stamp, please purchase it at your local post office in advance.
