About each rule, please see about rule of park use (Environmental Planning Bureau page).

About maintenance of park
In a familiar park where the park protection society is located, the park protection society cooperates with daily cleaning and weeding. In large-scale parks, mowing is carried out once or twice a year, mainly on garden roads and open spaces. If you notice, please contact Kanagawa Public Works Office.
We will check and investigate the site, and if there is any danger, please contact Kanagawa Public Works Office as soon as possible.
Trees in the park are pruned about once every several years for the purpose of healthy growth of trees, but pruning and felling are performed for reasons such as falling leaves, shade, and BS not reflected. Hmm. We apologize for any inconvenience to the neighbors, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation to protect and nurture the greenery of the park, which is the property of citizens. If the branches are cross-border, you can contact Kanagawa Public Works Office to check the situation and cut the branches if necessary.
In principle, crow nests are not removed. There is no detour, and the park users and local residents are unavoidably implemented when the attack of the parent bird is dangerous. The capture of wildlife such as crows (including the collection of eggs) requires permission by law, and if you try to collect eggs and chicks, there is a risk of increasing the aggressiveness of parent birds.
If crows nesting in the park harm people, please let Kanagawa Public Works Office know.
Check the site and install a warning sign. In addition, nests may be removed if the risk is judged to be high and it is physically removed. In addition, if there are eggs or chicks in the nest, it may take a little time as the company or staff who has been licensed to capture will respond.
