When we are going to extend construction period for unavoidable reasons, we must submit construction period extension registration form such as public sewerage facility construction to the mayor with schedule. (Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance, Article 17, Paragraph 5)

Changes in self-financing construction
When we change construction periods for unavoidable reasons or are going to change facility contents at the time of approval application, we must submit change registration form such as public sewer facility construction work to the mayor.
