For elderly people at home who have difficulty going out on general transportation such as buses, we will provide a pick-up service between their homes and medical institutions, welfare facilities, etc. using dedicated vehicles such as wheelchair lift vehicles.

Those who have been certified as needing support 1 to 2 or needing nursing care 1 to 5 in The Long-term Care Insurance and who are generally 65 years old or older who have difficulty going out by general transportation (we will confirm those who need support)

For elderly people living alone, we will install an emergency call device and maintain a communication network that can respond immediately in an emergency.
