• Everyone picks up trash
• Halloween costume walking to Kanagawa public hall

Part 2 Kanagawa public hall (1-3 Tomiiecho, Kanagawa-ku)

• Lecture by Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Kanagawa Office
• Participants disguise runway using the stage of public hall
• Hero Show (Katabirazu)
• Sales at local workshops

  Please fill out the application form with required items and apply directly at the counter along with the participation fee (300 yen per person).
  ※Application forms are distributed at public facilities sponsored by Kanagawa public hall and other organizations.
• Other notes
  • There is no rental of costumes for the day or changing rooms. Please participate in each event.
  • On the day, in case of rain, we will meet directly at Kanagawa public hall.
