Emergency information transmission and transmission system

In order to promptly convey important information to the local community in the event of a disaster, Kanagawa Ward has introduced an emergency information transmission system that provides information such as the status of evacuation warning and evacuation sites.

In principle, the maximum number of people who can register Phone number and e-mail addresses in the emergency information transmission system is limited to one president of the district association, evacuation shelter has a maximum of three people including the chairman of the steering committee, and Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, including the chairman.
※Persons other than registrants can also obtain the latest emergency information (automatic voice) sent from the ward office by calling the dedicated telephone number (050-3196-3300).

If you wish to register for a new emergency information transmission system, or if there is a change in the registered contents, such as a change in the chairman of Neighborhood Association, you can apply in one of the following ways.

Please fill out required items in the application form and submit it to the Disaster Prevention Section of Kanagawa Ward.
In addition to the method of bringing it directly to the counter (501 on the 5th floor of the main building of the Kanagawa Ward Office), fax (045-324-5904).
Alternatively, you can submit it by mail (address to General Affairs Division Disaster Prevention Section 3-8 Hirodai Ota-cho, Kanagawa-ku, 221-0824).
