２．How to apply

Please contact us by phone or download the "Exhibition Application Form (PDF: 976KB)" and apply by fax or e-mail.
(1) Exhibitor name (If you are exhibiting in a group, please indicate the name of the representative.)
(2) Exhibiting organization/group name (not required for individuals)
(3) Address

(5) Number of works to be exhibited (several centimeters long, the required size for works placed on the desk)
　　※The height of the exhibition frame for hanging decorations is about 2.7m.

(1) Pre-meeting meeting
　　 Exhibitors are requested to attend a pre-meeting meeting to determine the location of the work before holding.
　　　(In the case of a group exhibition, one representative is fine to attend.)
　　 ● Date and time: Scheduled for about 1 hour from 10:00 on Friday, January 12, 2024
　　 ● Venue: 1A meeting room on the 1st floor of Izumi Ward Office
(2) About exhibition and withdrawal of work
　　　Exhibitors are requested to exhibit and withdraw from the exhibitors themselves.
　　 ● Exhibition work: From 10:00 to 12:00 on Friday, February 9, 2024
　　 ● Withdrawal work: From 16:00 to 17:00 on Friday, February 16, 2023

(3) Explanation of visitors during the exhibition period
　　During the exhibition period, please provide visitors with explanations about individual works at the venue.
　　※We will take a shift system based on the date and time. Adjusted at the time of the meeting.
