Izumi Local Performing Arts Preservation Society (Taiko and Obayashi)

In 1997, it was joined as a local performing arts subcommittee of the Traditional Culture Preservation Society, and in 1999 it was reorganized as a Local Performing Arts Preservation Society.
Currently, five drum groups and four music groups are active, and they are performing drums and music at various events in the city.
Every June, the Izumi Ward Taiko Music Festival is held.
