Main Business Activities

1 Information on the Government Building of Izumi Ward, outline of business
2 Contact and telephone service in Public Relations Section
3 Assistant to window guidance volunteers (volunteers providing information on government buildings)
4 Management of materials for distribution and browsing
5 Management of handouts for transferees (materials given to those who move to Izumi Ward)
6 Preparation, management, and other documents related to various special consultations, such as legal consultation.
7 In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Application requirements

1 Being able to operate a personal computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
2. Being able to respond to counters and telephone calls

As a general rule, five days a week excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and New Year's holidays (rotation work every week (1) and (2)).

(2)From 10:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including one hour break)

Salary, etc.

Monthly salary 163,600 yen (planned)

Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately

The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
