We are looking for an investigator for requiring long-term care at Elderly and Disabled Support Division Izumi Ward. ※This recruitment is for fiscal year appointment staff. Please note that this is not a regular employee recruitment.

1 Application requirements

Applicants must be eligible to apply.
In addition, in the following cases, according to the provisions of the Local Public Service Law, you will not be able to become a staff member or undergo a competition test or selection.

  • Persons who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
  • A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
  • A person who has committed a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act and has been sentenced to imprisonment in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee.
  • A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
  • A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

Duties

1 Visit survey to carry out certification for long-term care stipulated in the Nursing Care Insurance Law
2 Telephone reception, document preparation, inspection work, etc. accompanying 1 above
3 Other disaster response services in the event of a large-scale disaster
  (Basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Eligibility

All of the following:
1 It is desirable that you have knowledge and experience of the level of qualification for taking the care manager Practical Prefectural Government Opinion (regardless of whether or not you have a care manager qualification) or have experience in conducting certification surveys for nursing care at Yokohama City or other local governments.
2 Being able to operate a PC using software such as Word, Excel, etc.
3. Being able to respond to telephone calls
4 Being able to carry out business in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
5 Being able to work from April 1, 2025

3. Appointment Period

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
 ※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)

Working hours

From 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (4 days a week)
(1 hour break time)

Holidays and Holidays

1 Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and one day a week (the day determined by the director)
2 Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3)
3rd year vacation, summer vacation, etc.

Compensation

¥212,800 per month
※This is the estimated amount as of November 1. It is subject to change due to the revision of the system.

Benefits, etc. Term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses are provided.
Social insurance, etc. employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association)

※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Primary selection

Postmark valid on Thursday, December 5, 2024 Regardless of pass / fail, all members will be notified in writing around late December 2024.

Second Selection
(Interview)

Around mid-January 2025 (planned)

※The meeting time and details of the venue will be specified only to those who have passed the first selection, so be sure to check it.
Regardless of pass / fail, all candidates for the second screening will be notified in writing around February 2025.

※Due to postal circumstances, the notice may be postponed or non-delivered. If you do not receive the notification of the results of the first selection by Thursday, January 9, 2025, please contact us.
※Inquiries by phone regarding pass/fail will not be accepted.

6 Recruitment

In principle, it will be adopted as of April 1, 2025.
In addition, by March 31, 2025, if there is a non-misconduct that is not appropriate for recruitment, we will not be able to recruit. The same shall apply if there is a false statement in the submitted documents.

7 Others

1 Please fill out the submitted documents using a black ballpoint pen with a personal computer or handwritten by the applicant. (Pink pencils, mechanical pens, and eraseable ballpoint pens are not allowed.)
2. Documents submitted in this selection will not be returned. Also, please do not submit anything other than the documents.
3. Personal information collected by the city (ward) at the time of selection will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to recruitment selection and recruitment.
4 Successful applicants should visit physical checkup.
5 Transportation expenses to the selection venue will be borne by yourself.
6 This offer is subject to suspension of the fiscal 2025 budget being voted on in Yokohama City Council. If the budget is not voted, you may not be appointed even if you pass the selection.
