25.2024 Izumi Ward New Year Celebration

　The 2024 Izumi Ward New Year Celebration was held. This year, the event was held in conjunction with an earthquake on the Noto Peninsula and an aircraft fire at Haneda Airportaffected areas. The event was attended by 330 people, including the chairman of the town of Neighborhood Association and representatives of various local organizations, and exchanged New Year's greetings to make this year a good year for the people of Izumi Ward. On that day, I received a message from Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka, who visited affected areas and read New Year's greetings.
　I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the members of the Executive Committee for responding to the urgent review of the program and the many inhabitants of the ward who helpedaffected areas. Regarding donations, we have set up a donation box in the general information on the first floor of the Izumi Ward government office from January 9th.
　We sincerely hope that this year will be such a fruitful year in which the “dreams” expand greatly for the inhabitants of the city.
