　Izumi Ward is promoting various initiatives with the aim of becoming a "child-friendly town." In the questionnaire conducted in FY2019, about the same number of people who enjoyed raising children felt that it was harder than expected and sometimes irritated. There are various places in the area to support such people who are raising children. Consultations by child care salons and child care supporters are held in familiar places, and child care information is also posted on the homepage of the local child care support base ticket.
