Children under elementary school age who live and attend school in Izumi Ward and their parents
※Only children are not allowed to participate.
※Siblings can also participate. In that case, junior high school students and above can also participate.

Ranma-sensei profile
In 1995, he was engaged in plantation activities and agricultural assistants at an Indonesian NGO. After working as a teacher in Japan for 10 years, he retired to pursue environmental performance. Utilizing performance technology that won the juggling magic contest, we will combine environmental issues with scientific experiments and performance to create a new form of "environmental performance." In 2009, he was recognized as an environmental counselor certified by the Ministry of the Environment as an environmental counselor certified by the Ministry of the Environment for his high level of expertise and knowledge in environmental issues.
