Efforts to foster momentum for the holding of GREEN x EXPO 2027

In 2027, GREEN x EXPO 2027 (outside site) will be held at the former Kamiseya Communication Facility (Asahi Ward and Seya Ward) in Yokohama. In preparation for this international exposition, Izumi Ward will make efforts to increase momentum.

We distribute hydrangea seeds and Izun original flower picks to inhabitants of a ward.
Izumi Ward mascot character Izun will also appear! (Please check the NEWS for details.)

GREEN × EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Exposition) will be held at the former Kamiseya Communication Facility (Seya Ward, Asahi Ward) in 2027.
A booklet introducing spots with beautiful flowers and greenery along the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line, which connects to the Sotetsu Line and the Sotetsu Line, which are easy to access the venue, has been jointly created in seven wards along the line.
In order to support the child-raising generation, there are many spots that can be enjoyed with children.
Please visit the spots and experience various flowers and green charms.

GREEN x EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Exposition)
The aim is to contribute to the spread of international horticultural culture, living full of flowers and greenery, creating communities and economies, and solving social issues.
This is an international exposition held with the approval of AIPH (International Horticultural Association) and the certification of BIE (Exposition International Secretariat).
