About acceptance of boundary investigation (consignment method) application such as road waterways in 2024

We accept application of boundary investigation such as roads and waterways by trust method (public expense) of 2024 as follows.

※Please refrain from visiting the office in front of Hours (8:45 a.m.)

(1)Please write required items on the reception desk at the entrance hall on the first floor.
(2)Please draw lots in the order of numbers in the reception table.
(3)We will check the application documents (application acceptance) in the order of winning numbers.
※Since the budget amount is limited, we will initially accept two applications (up to the winning order No. 2). No. 3 and No. 4 will be provisionally accepted, and if there is a possibility that additional response will be possible this year, we will notify you by October 31, 2024. If there is no notice by this period, we will not respond using the consignment method (public expenses) for this fiscal year, and will not be transferred to the next fiscal year (2025). I'm sorry, but if you wish to continue the boundary survey using the consignment method (public expense), please wait for the guidance of the boundary survey using the consignment method (public expense) next year.

※A witness agreement of all landowners (including co-owners) adjacent to the waterway to be surveyed is required.

※If the right holder is not renewed, certificate of family register, resident certificate, etc. may be required.

※Please fill in the drawing with the presence or absence of the boundary mark, the type of the boundary mark and the actual measurement distance.

• If the application documents are incomplete, we may not be able to accept them.
• Boundary surveys that can be completed within the fiscal year (until the end of March 2025) are eligible. Those that are not completed as of the end of March 2025 will be out of order.
• As a general rule, applications will be accepted in the order of winning, but due to reasons such as the remaining budget and the scale of the survey, the order may be changed or implementation may not be possible after the reception.
• In the case of a large number of applicants, two or more applications by the same applicant cannot be made.
• Even after May 15, 2024, temporary reception will be accepted until the maximum number is reached. Please contact us for details.
