When a person other than the road manager performs construction or maintenance on the road, it must be approved and perform the construction. (Article 24 of the Road Law)
The cost required for this construction, etc. must be borne by the approved person, so it is commonly called self-financing work.

• Construction of sidewalks, L-shaped, and curbs for vehicle entry
• Relocation or removal of car stops and tree-planting basins for vehicle entry
• Relocation of curved mirrors, street trees, etc. (telephone poles are permitted by NTT, telephone poles are permitted by Tokyo Electric Power Company)
• Devaluation work for setting designated roads
• Repair and restoration of damaged pavement
• Road maintenance associated with development and residential land development
• In addition, when dealing with road structures

(If the procedure is judged to be appropriate, a letter of approval will be issued after approval.)

６．Submission of a notification of completion
(Please attach and submit photos before starting, during construction, after completion, etc.)

７．Issuance of Notification of Inspection and Passing
(We will check the site and check if it is completed properly, and if appropriate, issue a letter of acceptance after approval.)
