1st regular meeting (July 9)
Request for examination of issues
At the first regular meeting on July 9, we received a request from Mayor Izumi to consider issues on the theme of "What should be tackled to maintain and continue local activities."
2nd regular meeting (October 1)
About "community development in cooperation with various groups" that Chigasaki-shi works on, we invite meeting liaison meeting and Chigasaki-shi government office from Chigasaki-shi town and talk about relations with administration and various approaches example in Shonan district I was introduced.

3rd regular meeting (December 10)
Under the theme of "Future local activities and the possibility of online thinking in multiple generations", cases by NPO Action Port Yokohama and local organization "Heriport", mainly university students based in Machida City We exchanged presentation and exchanged opinions. The 4th regular meeting (February 18)
The 4th regular meeting on February 18 was held in writing following the declaration of a state of emergency. In addition, Chairman Matsuura submitted a statement of position on the issue examination request matter of "what to work on maintaining and continuing local activities" was submitted by Chairman Matsuura to Mayor Fukagawa.
