Izumi Ward Emergency Medical Information Kit

At the request of residents, Izumi Ward has created an emergency medical information kit that can be taken out of the refrigerator in the event of a disaster or emergency.
How to use a medical information kit
Let's prepare to be useful in case of "what if"
- Attach a display sticker to the medical information kit container and insert a basic information sheet with your information and other information.
- Put the medical information kit in a prominent place in the refrigerator.
- Attach a sticker to inform you that the medical information kit is in the refrigerator inside the entrance door and on the door of the refrigerator.
- Emergency personnel who find the seal take it out of the refrigerator when necessary and use it.
