Get a sticker for the disabled welfare offices in Izumi Ward!
Collect 3 pieces and exchange them for the participation prize!

Distribution of participation prizes has been discontinued at all participation prize exchange offices. If you have collected stickers, you can only apply for the "Double Chance Award" and "Izumi Fureai Award" at the participation prize exchange. Please note that applications are open until Friday, December 8th.

HOW TO - How to Enjoy―
- Let's get "Seal Rally Map"! In addition to offices participating in seal rally, this product is distributed at community care plazas in Izumi Ward, railway stations in Izumi Ward, Izumi Ward government offices and district centers. Download the Seal Rally Map (PDF: 7,048KB)
- Choose the office you are interested in from the map and visit!
- You can get a sticker if you receive a pamphlet from your office or purchase a self-product you sell!
- After collecting 3 stickers (*), go to the participation prize exchange!
- A wonderful participation prize will be presented! In addition, you can apply for an assortment of baked goods and a double chance prize lottery where you can win a meal voucher!
- You can receive the participation prize for each of the three stickers (*)! In addition, if you collect a total of 9 tickets, you can apply for the special "Izumi Fureai Award" lottery! Let's visit a lot of disability welfare establishments in Izumi Ward!
※You can receive up to one sticker per business site.
※To apply for the participation prize and double chance prize, you need at least one yellow sticker you get when purchasing your own products.

Gifts for the first 400 people who collected stickers! Please exchange prizes as soon as possible.

After collecting three stickers, select your favorite prize at the participation prize exchange office and mail it to the application box to complete the application! A wonderful prize will be won by lottery.
