Every year, at the Sagami Kite Izumi Preservation Society, the "Izumi Sagami Kite Flying Party" is held on May 5, but unfortunately it was canceled in Reiwa 2 and 3 years. Therefore, this time, we will hold a kite flying party during the New Year's season as the "New Year Edition".
