Every year, at the Sagami Kite Izumi Preservation Society, the “Izumi Sagami Kite Flying Party” is held on May 5, but unfortunately it was canceled in Reiwa 2nd and 3rd year. Therefore, this time, a kite flying party will be held during the New Year period as the "New Year Version".
