1 Qualification
Have received the dog's license tag and rabies vaccination vote

2 Registration method
Bring your dog dog's license tag and rabies vaccination vote to the Patrol Headquarters (Regional Promotion Division) and fill out the member list. Members will receive a certificate and a doggie patrol lead vote.
