Outline of proceedings: We examined the formulation of the Isogo Ward operation policy for fiscal 2016, and decided to formulate an operation policy based on the results of the meeting.

Outline of proceedings: Regarding other urban cases in the comprehensive community care system, the responsible section reported the survey results and shared information.

Outline of proceedings: Regarding the Isogo Ward Management Policy for FY2016, we checked the progress of initiatives in each section and looked back at the end of the fiscal year.

Outline of proceedings: (1) For the formulation of the Isogo Ward Management Policy for FY2017, each section explained the main business and initiatives in FY2017 and their indicators, and exchanged opinions. Based on the opinions, each section examined and revised and reflected it in the management policy.
