Outline of proceedings: Considering the formulation of the 2015 Isogo Ward Ward Administration Policy, we decided to formulate an operation policy based on the results of the meeting.

2nd session

Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: About "local needs reflection system" for budget compilation in 2016, we explained from jurisdiction section and discussed matter to propose as Isogo Ward.

3rd session

Date and time: From Wednesday, July 15, 2015 10:00~
Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: We confirmed the progress of the "local needs reflection system" for budget compilation in 2016

4th session

Date and time: From 10:00 on Friday, August 21, 2015
Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: In the future, we examined collaborative projects in Isogo Ward, etc.

The 5th session

Outline of proceedings: (1) Regarding the 2015 Isogo Ward Ward Administration Policy, we checked the progress of each section's action items and looked back on the interim period. (2) Regarding the Isogo Ward Town Development Policy, we confirmed the progress toward the revision and exchanged opinions on future initiatives.

Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: We shared information and exchanged opinions on the Isogo Ward town development policy based on the previous discussion.

The 7th session

Date and time: 13:00 on Tuesday, November 24, 2015-
Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: (1) Information was shared on the draft survey report and future schedule in the Isogo Residents' Awareness Survey. (2) Information sharing and opinions were exchanged on the Isogo Ward town development policy based on the previous discussion.

The 8th session

Date and time: From 9:00 on Friday, February 12, 2016:
Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: Regarding the 2015 Isogo Ward Ward Administration Policy, we checked the progress of the action items of each section and looked back at the end of the fiscal year.

The 9th session

Date and time: 9:00 on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 and Thursday, 17th 13:30-
Location: Director General room 6th floor, Isogo Ward Office
Outline of proceedings: (1) For the formulation of the 2016 Isogo Ward Ward Administration Policy, each section explained the main projects and initiatives for fiscal 2016 and their indicators, and exchanged opinions. Based on the opinions, each section examined and revised and reflected it in the management policy.
