4. [Applicant] Upon receipt of the selection notice, please send the letter of consent (enclosed in the selection notice) after attaching the registered seal and the income stamp.
   In addition, this consent form and the Yokohama City WEB page advertisement standard agreement will be replaced with the contract.
5. [Applicant] Please submit an advertisement manuscript. (1 week before the start of publication)
6. [Applicant] Please pay the advertising fee in the delivery notice sent from Yokohama City.
   Please confirm the delivery deadline indicated on the delivery notice.
7. [Isogo Ward Office] Advertisements will be posted on the web page.
   [Applicant] Please confirm that it was posted on the web page on the start date of publication.
   (However, the work time will be until 11:00 am on the publication date.)

Advertisements can not be placed in the following cases. (Excerpts and summaries from each regulation)
