About time capsule mail (90th anniversary project of Isogo ward system)
The summer of 2017 when Isogo Ward was excited on the 90th anniversary. At that time, 4th grade elementary school students (born April 2, 2007 to April 1, 2008) who were enrolled in Municipal Elementary Schools in Isogo Ward sent a "Time Capsule Mail" to a mini post. The letters are carefully kept at the Isogo Ward Office and will be delivered to you in 2027, when Isogo Ward celebrates its 100th anniversary.
