If you are looking for a hospital in the event of a disaster, the yellow flag is a landmark.

In the event of a large-scale disaster, medical institutions that can be consulted will be notified by posting a yellow banner stating "During medical treatment".
On October 30, medical institutions in the city participated, and with the cooperation of the Yokohama City Amateur Radio Emergency Communication Cooperation Association and the Isogo Ward Branch.
This year, hospitals in the southern part of Isogo Ward, emergency hospitals in the event of a disaster, and a pharmacy cooperating pharmacy, and members of the Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Cooperation Association visited the ward to check the status of the banner.
In the event of a major disaster such as an earthquake, the Isogo Ward disaster headquarters Medical Coordination Team will be established to provide support to survivors in cooperation with hospitals, clinics and pharmacies in the ward.
Hospitals that provide medical care during a disaster are "medical treatment" and pharmacies are "opening".
An emergency communication base will be established at the Isogo Ward Office
