On Wednesday, October 14, "Food Food Sanitation First Course" for those who provide meals at local festivals and events, those who are volunteering in the community, and those who are interested in preventing food poisoning. Was held.

In the course, they explained "what food poisoning occurs," "prevention of food poisoning," and "correct hand-washing methods that are the basis of food hygiene."
In addition, we also practiced hand-washing training and had them experience the correct hand washing method.
In the hands-on training, participants were given advice from the Hand washing Meister in cooperation with the Isogo Ward Food Sanitation Association.

What is Handwashing Meister?
Those who have attended the certification course conducted by the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Association, and conduct activities to encourage consumers to deepen their knowledge and understanding of food hygiene through patrol guidance and hand washing at stores of association members doing.

We hold lecture of "prevention of food poisoning of norovirus and rice cake making in area" on Wednesday, October 28.
I will talk about norovirus measures and hygiene measures with rice cake making. In addition, hand-washing training is also provided for those who wish.
