Negishi Station has the second largest number of passengers after Shinsugida Station in the ward, adjacent to the station area of Isogo Station, and between which administrative facilities and medical facilities are located in between.

　Based on Article 25 of the Barrier-Free Law, the Basic Concept for Barrier-Free is based on public transportation in areas centered on passenger facilities and areas where facilities used by the elderly and disabled are gathered (priority maintenance districts * 1).
