About infant health examination

We carry out child care consultation with dietitians, dental hygienists, public health nurses, etc. with hopefulness, such as interviews, dental checkups, measurements, and medical examinations.
Based on the results of medical examinations, etc., we will introduce hospitals and specialized institutions, provide guidance to progress medical examinations, individual consultations, home visits, etc., and support the growth of children.
A "Health Checkups Notice" will be sent approximately two weeks before the medical examination date.
If you have any inconvenience on the date of the medical examination that you were informed, please do so on the next and subsequent medical examination dates (please check the table below for the schedule / reservation is not required).

・At the medical examination site, temperature measurement and physical condition are checked before entering.
・We do not provide temporary childcare. Thank you for your understanding.
・In the medical examination site, detailed guidance will be provided to avoid contact between customers. We ask you to follow the guidance of the medical examination staff.
　
[Requests for those who will be consulted]
・If you find it inconvenient on the day of the medical examination that you were informed, please come to the next medical examination day (reservation is not required).
・If you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
・Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for the medical examination.
・When you come to the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
・Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring your filth bag.
・A ticketing machine is installed before the reception desk. Please be sure to take your number tag.
