Reason for selection
In Yokohama-shi Hodogaya-ku district center designation manager selection committee, we performed document examination of Setogaya sports hall and interview examination and evaluated along evaluation item. As a result of judging based on the total score of this evaluation item, the business situation of the group from a professional viewpoint, and the amount of the group proposal for the planned management and operation cost of the ward, only one group applied, but the following points were comprehensively evaluated We evaluated and decided candidate of designated manager.
Although it is a sports facility that uses under the expressway, even though the ceiling is low and spatial restrictions, elaborate designs such as mahjong classrooms for the elderly in the area and summer ping-pong classroom for elementary and junior high school students, even though the ceiling is low and spatial restrictions. A planned business was proposed, and a certain evaluation was obtained for the achievements that were still well received by many participants. Since it is a smaller facility compared to others, and it is a management and operation expense that allocates a large amount of labor costs, no noticeable cost reduction proposal was made, but the business plan is a compact and balanced business plan.
Through facility management based on past experience and achievements, it was judged that it was appropriate as a candidate for a designated manager in terms of ensuring and maintaining the quality of service quality.
