Reason for selection
In Yokohama-shi Hodogaya-ku district center designation manager selection committee, we performed document examination of Sakuragaoka community house and interview examination and evaluated along evaluation item. As a result of judging based on the total score of this evaluation item, the business situation of the group from a professional viewpoint, and the amount of the group proposal for the planned management and operation cost of the ward, only one group applied, but the following points were comprehensively evaluated We evaluated and decided candidate of designated manager.
Since it is a facility that converted the youth library, it was proposed that the library function would be operated with a central focus on the library function and to operate this library smoothly, thereby increasing user satisfaction. Although it is a facility with a large number of conference rooms, a unique self-planning project based on past experience and achievements has been proposed while actively utilizing local human resources as instructors. We collect the same evaluation as obtained in the examination of other facilities, and we are looking forward to the future.
In addition, proposals were made to reduce costs related to management, such as considering outsourcing the work in charge of work, and a certain evaluation was obtained.
Through these as a whole, in light of the purpose of introducing a system to ensure and improve the quality of services and reduce costs, it was judged that it was appropriate as a candidate for a designated manager.
