Eligibility for application
Corporations and other organizations (hereinafter referred to as "corporations, etc.") that can safely and smoothly manage and operate the target facility during the designated period Or a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as "group") jointly by multiple corporations (hereinafter referred to as "organization").
It is not possible to apply individually.
Selection method
In Yokohama Hodogaya public hall designated manager selection committee, we examine generally by presentation documents of applicant and presentation and choose designated candidate and runner-up candidate.

On-site tours and public recruitment briefings will be held as follows.

Each group is limited to 2 people.
(4)Application for participation
If you would like to participate, please fill out the application form that you will attend by 17:00 on Thursday, July 7, and go to the Hodogaya Ward Regional Collaboration Section by e-mail (ho-chiiki@city.yokohama.jp) Please apply at. When applying, be sure to write "Hodogaya public hall Designated Administrator Applicant Briefing Session Application" in the subject of the e-mail.
(5)Caution
※As we do not distribute open call for participants such as open call for participants essential point, specifications on the day, please print out document from homepage of Hodogaya-ku, Yokohama, and bring with you.
※All applicants for the designated manager must participate in the local tour and application briefing session. If you do not participate, you will not be allowed to participate. In addition, when applying for a joint venture, employees (staff) of all constituent organizations must participate.
※On the day, we will check the documents (business cards are acceptable) that prove that you are an employee (employee).
※Organizations that fall under “7 (2) Disqualifications” in the open recruitment guidelines cannot participate.
※We do not restrict visiting visits on days other than on-site tours, but we do not respond to any guidance or questions. In any case, photography and recording of documents in the office is prohibited.
※It will be accepted by "Questionnaire". In addition, up to 5 questions per group. However, if a joint venture is planned, the entire constituent group will be considered as one organization. Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries by phone.
※Reception period: From Monday, July 11, 2011 to Friday, July 15
※Submission method: Please send the questionnaire to the Hodogaya Ward Regional Collaboration Section by E-mail (ho-chiiki@city.yokohama.jp). Be sure to write "Hodogaya public hall Designated Administrator Questionnaire" in the subject.
