Visited the company of No.1 “Tax Encouragement Award Winner”

In December of last year, we received a tax incentive award to Takeyoshi Yasusawa, director of the Hodogaya Tax Association, who has been cooperating with the promotion of tax administration in Motoichi for many years. At that time, I was invited by Kyodo Kogyo Co., Ltd. of Imaimachi, where Mr. Yasusawa was the chairman, and visited in mid-July when the rainy season ended.
I heard that the company was beekeeping at the company, and I was interested in it, but on the day, in addition to the beekeeping experience, I also visited the factory, and many valuable stories I was able to hear. It was a day that was very stimulated by touching the integrity and at homey atmosphere facing manufacturing. Thank you very much to all our employees, including President Yoshio Anzawa, Senior Managing Director Takeuchi, all the members of the Hachi Division, and all the employees of the Hachi Division for their busy schedule.

First of all, we spoke with President Yoshio Anzawa about the outline of the company.
The company is currently only about 20 companies nationwide, and specializes in the production of air-conditioning-related air-conditioning outlets and various dampers (smoke control devices). The company's products are often used for air conditioning in buildings such as municipal subway stations and new city halls, but most of them are custom-made.
The number of employees is about 60, and there are many young employees and technical intern trainees from foreign countries, and the skills of craftsmen are handed down. President Anzawa, who actively engages in communication by himself, said, "There are various cultures and it is fun."

By the way, it is said that the company is working on on the roof, was started about 10 years ago when Mr. Yasusawa thought that "we can keep bees in Imaimachi, where nature is rich."
Bees are always neat, and their work is brilliantly divided into labor, mainly queen bees, and it seems interesting just to look at them. The employee also said with a smile, "Because all employees are certified and can do a completely different job of beekeeping, so it will be a change of mind and I am very happy to be able to harvest more than anything else."
It is said that honeybees have many difficulties, such as difficulties in passing the winter, but the hardships have been fruitful and this year is a good harvest. I also turned the separator and had honey right after harvesting.
Honey made by a company rooted in the community, filled with the blessings of nature remaining in Imaimachi, was sweet, fresh, and very attractive.
