Notification of out-of-area study

elementary school studenｔ students with resident registration in Hodogaya Ward are also accepted by mail when they enter private, prefectural, or national elementary and junior high schools.　　(International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)

・Download the application form (PDF: 340KB) and fill in required items in the guardian (applicant) column and the thick frame.
(In Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, we may contact you.
Please refer to the out-of-area study registration form (entry example) (PDF: 373KB) for the entry method.
・You will need the original documents (notice of acceptance) that indicate that you have been approved for enrollment, such as the “Enrollment Agreement (permit)” from the school you plan to attend.
Please attach it to the application form and mail it.
※Submitted “Admission Agreement (Permit)” cannot be returned. If you wish to return it, please apply at the counter.
