We issue "Keiro Special Ride Certificate (Keiro Pass)" which can be boarded in the city section of municipal bus, municipal subway, Kanazawa Seaside Line and private bus to those 70 years or older (contribution will be charged depending on income) ).

Those who have Address in Yokohama and are 70 years old or older.

Please bring something that can confirm the date of birth of the target person (health insurance card, driver's license, etc.) and come to the counter. Family members can complete the procedure (in that case, bring your own private seal).

Those who fall under the following items and have Address in Yokohama City.

(1)　Person who has 1st to 4th grade certificate of the physically disabled.

(2)　Person who has A1 to B1 love notebook (nursing notebook).

(3)　Those who have an A-bomb survivor's health handbook.

(4)　Those who have a war sickness certificate.

(5)　One of the households receiving Child Raising Allowance.

(6)　One of the households in the maternal and child living support facility.

(7)　Those who have a health and welfare notebook for the mentally ill.

(1)If you are subject to (4), please bring your notebook and come to Elderly and Disabled Support Division Elderly and Disabled Support Section (20th window on the second floor of the ward office annex).

(5)If you are eligible, please bring your certificate and come to Children and Families Support Division Children and Families Support Section (5th window on the 3rd floor of the ward office main building).

(6)If you are eligible, please bring a certificate of location issued by the director of the Maternal and Child Living Support Facility and come to Children and Families Support Division Children and Families Support Section (5th window on the 3rd floor of the ward office main building).

(7)If you are eligible, please bring your notebook and come to the Elderly and Disabled Support Division Disability Support Section.

Health activity promotion member acts as leader to promote health promotion of inhabitants of a ward in area.
At the recommendation of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, approximately 250 people are commissioned by The Mayor of Yokohama in Hodogaya Ward.

Health activity promotion members are engaged in the following activities.

• We hold health lectures for health promotion, such as lifestyle-related diseases prevention.
  (gymnastics classes, walking, community health lectures, etc.)

• Conduct educational activities such as smoking cessation and exercise habits to promote the creation of a healthy environment

• As a conduit of collaborative activities for ward and local “health promotion activities”
  Information collection and information dissemination

• The following activities are carried out in accordance with other local circumstances.
