In August 2020, Hodogaya Ward launched the “Hondagaya Flower Hospitality Business”. This is a project to increase opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in society, and to improve the window environment of the ward government building, create flower arrangements in cooperation with disability welfare establishments and display them at the window in the ward office. .
