１．Application acceptance
　　3 months to 7 days before the scheduled use date (first come, first served)
２．Lending fees
　　Free of charge
３．Application destination

４．Reception hours
　　Weekdays 8: 45-17: 00 (New Year holidays and Saturday open days are not allowed)
　　※The delivery of the loan will also be at the above time.
５．Lending Period
　　Up to one week including the date of lending to the date of return
６．Transportation method
　　Costumes must be transported by one-box car.

※It cannot be used in the following cases.※
　1.When it violates or is likely to violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
　2.In the event that the trust or dignity of Asahi Ward is harmed or threatened.
　3.When giving a misunderstanding that supports or authorizes a specific individual, political party, or religious organization, or when there is a risk of it.
　4.When misidentification or confusion is caused by the use of "costumes, etc." or when there is a risk.
　5.When the image of "Asahi-kun" is impaired or when there is a possibility.
　6.In addition, when it is deemed inappropriate to use a costume, etc.
