　　Please submit by window, email, mail or fax.

※It cannot be used in the following cases.※
　1.When it violates or is likely to violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
　2.In the event that the trust or dignity of Asahi Ward is harmed or threatened.
　3.When giving a misunderstanding that supports or authorizes a specific individual, political party, or religious organization, or when there is a risk of it.
　4.When misidentification or confusion is caused by the use of "Asahi-kun" or when there is a risk.
　5.When the image of "Asahi-kun" is impaired or when there is a possibility.
　6.When it is deemed that the remarkable deformation or other use of "Asahi-kun" is inappropriate.
