In order to promote community development that is chosen by many people, Asahi Ward conducted a questionnaire survey of those who moved to Asahi Ward.

The survey was conducted using a questionnaire (written).
[Survey Form Distribution Method] Distributed at the ward office at the time of transfer procedures
[Survey form (answer part) Collection method] Collection box installed on the first floor of the ward office or by mail.
3) Number of votes collected
We received 235 votes.
※The number of Asahi Ward moved in from March to May 2020 was 2,223.
Asahi Ward accounted for 10.6% of the total number of votes collected.
4) Survey period
From March 2 (Mon.) to May 31 (Sun.), 2020
Survey Results (Main Points)
Asahi Ward's charm that we thought about when we were considering moving.
Oh The most respondents were "convenient transportation to Yokohama" 55.9%.
"The cost of living and living is reasonable." 30.0%,
"The Sotetsu line goes directly to the city center" 29.9%.
Oh "Convenient transportation to Tokyo" accounted for 23.2%.
Those who moved into Asahi Ward were found to be fascinated by the fact that Yokohama and the Sotetsu Line direct access to central Tokyo.
Asahi Ward's charm that I felt when I actually lived
Oh If you actually live in Asahi Ward more than 5 points higher than the charm we thought when we were considering moving.
“Everyday shopping is convenient” 36.7%;
"It is convenient for eating and drinking" 13.6%;
"Children's playgrounds and parks are enriched" 11.2%, etc.
Comparison with migrants to other cities
Oh Compared to those who moved into other cities (Machida City, Kanagawa City, Kita-ku, Tokyo) were compared to those who moved into other cities (Machida City, Kanagawa City, Kita-ku, Tokyo).
The percentage of those who moved into Asahi Ward felt more attractive than 10% of respondents.
"Everyday shopping is convenient" 28.1%.
"It's a quiet residential area" 26.2%.
"There is nature (parks, flower beds, etc.) near living" 12.9%.
