About boundary investigation application such as road waterway by public expenditure of 2024, we accepted from April 1, 2024.
Details are as follows.

※If you have the winning reference number, we will send you a "future procedure flow" and "Consent Form". After signing the "Consent Form" and submit it together with the boundary survey application such as roads and waterways.

How to submit a boundary survey application for boundary surveys such as waterways

Please submit it directly to the Asahi Public Works Office Administration Section office.
※You will not be able to check the documents at the counter.

Application documents

  1. Boundary survey application (first style) such as roads and waterways (PDF: 182KB)
  2. registration form (No. 2 style) (PDF: 95KB)
    ※registration form is required for all land owners (including co-owners) adjacent to the waterway in which the investigation is conducted.
    ※Please attach a certificate of entry that shows the land ownership of the witness consent.
  3. Guide map
    ※Please indicate the application form with a red line.
  4. Official map (within three months from the date of issue)
    ※Please indicate the application form with a red line.
  5. Certificate of entry of application site (within three months from the date of issue)
    ※If the landowner has not been renewed due to inheritance, etc., please attach a document that shows ownership, such as certificate of family register or resident certificate.
  6. Boundary survey map or road ledger area line drawing (if any)
    ※Please indicate the application form with a red line.

Precautions

•If the application documents are incomplete, they will not be accepted.
•This covers boundary surveys that can be completed within the fiscal year (until mid-March 2025). Items that are not completed as of mid-March 2025 will be unsuccessful.
•As a general rule, boundary surveys will be conducted in the order of application documents, but due to reasons such as budget balance and survey scale, the order may be changed or impossible to implement it after acceptance.
•Even if it has been accepted, if it is found that the budget is exceeded during the survey process, subsequent surveys may not be possible to carry out the subsequent surveys and may be out of order.
•In the case of a large number of applications, two or more applications by the same applicant will not be accepted.
•Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the boundary survey may not be completed as scheduled.
