Equipment that can be used when registered

※The training room, locker for rent, and letter cases can be used by registered organizations. >About group use registration

Training room

Registered organizations can be used as venues for public interest courses, workshops, and meetings with activity groups.
※Cannot be used for club activities

Capacity

Training Room 1, Training Room 2, Training Room 3:15 each
The size of the training room can be changed, and 2 rooms can accommodate up to 45 people with 30 rooms and 3 rooms.

※The use time of the training room is divided into morning, afternoon, and night.
※We ask that you leave the building earlier than the closing time for cleaning the center.

About reservation

  • Group use registration is required in advance.
  • Reservations can be made up to three times a month.
  • Reception will be accepted from 1st four months before the month you wish to use (the first day of opening in January) to the day. Please fill out the application form for using the training room.
  • If you make a reservation by phone, it will be a temporary reservation. Please come to the museum within one week and submit the application form for using the training room.

For the reservation start date of this year (1st of every month and the first day of opening in January), please check the reservation start date of "Training Room Application" from "Notice to User Registration Organization"> Notice to User Registration Organization

  • Reception at the counter: Reception will be accepted within 30 minutes from the opening time. If there are multiple groups wishing to make a reservation at the same date and time at the end of the reception, it will be a lottery.
    ※Reception hours is from 9:00 to 9:30 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 10:30 on Sunday and public holidays.
  • Reservation by phone: Reception will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from 11:00 am

Lending lockers/lettercases

You can use it free of charge.
Please refrain from storing personal information or valuables.

Box-type locker

Box-type locker

32 box types. It doesn't have a key.
It can be used to store materials and office supplies necessary for activities.
※Size: 309mm in width x 439mm in depth x 305mm in height

Installation type locker

Installation-type non-consolidated

18 installation types. It has a dial key.
It can be used to store materials and office supplies necessary for activities.
※Size: Width 410 mm × depth 413 mm × height (upper row) 60. 5mm x (lower) 234mm

Letter case

Letter case

72 letter cases. It doesn't have a key.
It can be used for storing office supplies and exchanging information among members.
※Size: A4 size 7cm height

Period of use

  • Up to one year from April 1 to March 31 of the following year
  • Application procedures are required for each fiscal year.

Application

Organizations wishing to use the service or organizations wishing to continue using the service should submit the application form if they are registered as representatives or contact information during the application period.
Application period: From February 1 to the end of February of the previous year when you wish to use the service

  • If there are many groups you want, it will be a lottery and we may not be able to meet your request.
  • If there is a vacancy during the year, you can apply.
  • The locker can be used either in the installation type or box type.

Precautions for Use

Please observe the following items so that you can use it safely and with peace of mind.

  1. Please refrain from storing items or valuables that cause inconvenience to others.
  2. Please manage the storage items by each group. We are not responsible for theft or loss.
  3. Please be careful about the handling of personal information.
  4. Please manage the amount of storage of the box type by each.
  5. The setting and management of the key for the installation locker is requested by each organization.
  6. The staff in the hall will refrain from touching the rental locker or letter case. Please be aware of it.
