Information on various procedures and applications for FY2024

About renewal of group use registration

Renewal Period: From October 2, 2024 to March 31, 2025
Target: No.23 -00.
The registration period is, in principle, two years (until the end of the year following the registration year).
If you wish to renew, please visit us during the renewal acceptance period.
Please bring your registration card and flyers and pamphlets that show recent activities.

Application for Lending Locker Letter Case

Application period: From February 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025
Period of use: From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
Target: Organizations that have registered for use (registered No. 24-0, No. 25-0)
Those who wish to use the group and those who are registered as representatives or contact information of the group who wish to continue using the service should come to the museum and apply.
If there are many groups you want, it will be a lottery and we may not be able to meet your request.
If there is a vacancy during the year, you can apply.

Application for training room

Target: Organizations that have registered for use (Registration No.23-0, No.24-0, No.25-0)
Reception will be accepted from 9:00 to 9:30 (* Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 to 10:30).

  • Reception desk: Reception starts after the museum opens. If there are multiple groups wishing to have the same day, a lottery will be held.
  • Reception by telephone (temporary reservation): We will accept the reception from 11 o'clock.
  • The closed days for the year-end and New Year holidays in 2024 will be from Saturday, December 28, 2024 to Sunday, January 5, 2025, so the reservation start date for use in May will be Monday, January 6 .
