Notification of elementary and junior high school transfer / enrollment

For children living in Asahi Ward, Address designates schools where Director General attends school.

For new elementary school children, admission to municipal school will be sent to parents around October 15, the previous year. The notice contains the name of the school you are enrolling in and the date and time of physical checkup at school.

For newly enrolled children in junior high school, admission to municipal school will be sent to parents around 20 January. The notice contains the name of the school you are enrolling in.

Please notify the Asahi Ward Office Family Registry Division Registration Section (9th floor on the 1st floor).

Letter of consent, etc. issued by the principal to enter

Please apply for transfer at the school you are currently attending.

Bring the student registration certificate issued by the principal of the school.
At the same time as the transfer of Address, go to the Asahi Ward Office Family Registry Division Registration Section (9th window on the first floor)
